It looks like you're dealing with multiple disc bulges across the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, which are causing persistent pain, especially in your lower back near the sacrum. Since you have seen some relief with physiotherapy and medications, but still experience discomfort after activity, it's important to continue managing your condition carefully. Your MRI shows Lumbar Spine (Lower Back): Mild disc bulges at L2-L3, L4-L5, and L5-S1, with some indentation of nerve roots, especially at L5-S1, where there is mild compression of the S1 traversing nerve roots. Thoracic Spine (Mid-Back): Mild disc bulges at multiple levels (D4-D5, D5-D9, D11-D12) causing some compression of the thecal sac. Cervical Spine (Neck Region): Disc bulges from C3-C7, with notable involvement at C5-C6 where the anterior subarachnoid space is effaced. Your pain has reduced from a 10 to a 4, which is a positive sign. You still experience pain near the sacrum and a feverish feeling after activity. Medications have been stopped, and physiotherapy is ongoing every alternate day. Homeopathy aims to reduce inflammation, improve nerve function, and provide long-term relief. While it may help to reverse disc bulges, it can help manage pain, stiffness, and inflammation. However, homeopathy should be taken under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. Continue Physiotherapy & Exercises: Strengthening the core and back muscles will help long-term recovery. Maintain Proper Posture: Avoid prolonged sitting, bending, or lifting heavy objects. Apply Heat or Cold Therapy: This can help reduce inflammation after activity. If you wish to discuss your case in detail and explore homeopathic treatment, you may schedule a consultation Let me know if you need further guidance!if you are interested You may consult me at health global Homeopathy clinic Vijayanagar Bangalore take care. Disc herniation in multiple sections (lumbar, thoracic, and cervical) requires a holistic and gentle approach for long-term relief. Homeopathy can help address the underlying inflammation, support nerve healing, and provide symptomatic relief for back pain and discomfort. Commonly used remedies include: 1. **Hypericum Perforatum**: For nerve-related pain, especially shooting or tingling pain. 2. **Rhus Tox**: Effective for stiffness, pain aggravated by rest, and relieved by movement. 3. **Bryonia Alba**: Helps with pain worsened by slightest motion and pressure. 4. **Arnica Montana**: Useful for soreness and bruised sensations. 5. **Kali Carb**: Targets lower back pain radiating to hips or thighs, especially near the sacrum. Continue physiotherapy and prescribed exercises, as they complement homeopathic treatment. Avoid heavy lifting and prolonged sitting. For personalized care, consult a homeopath with your MRI reports. Gradual improvement can be expected with consistent treatment and lifestyle modifications.
