May be it’s because of medication which she had taken. Certain medicines have shown effect on teeth as well. Scaling can help to resolve the problem of yellow stain. So, once things become normal get scaling done.

regarding the burning sensation in her mouth might be due to the medicines she has been on due to her covid condition. the staining on her teeth can be rectified by getting cleaning done at your near by dental clinic
