I have attached the report the doctor said to me that your lung is not in shape , please go through the report and tell me is it dangerous , I feel pain in my chest sometimes, so please check it and let me know can I correct it with exercise and diet

Your lungs are totally fine. You have a cyst in thyroid gland. For chest pain, it maybe gastritis or any other issue

Nothing in the lungs. Kindly consult ENT surgeon or Endocrine surgeon and let them comment on it. You can Pulmonary function test to rule out pain in chest related to airway obstruction. Otherwise less likely related to lungs or airways
