Problem in Back/Tail bone
My father is facing some issues or rather I can say pain in his lower back for quite few days. He visited for the X-ray test and reports suggested that there is some problem in his lower back. Doctors suggests that he is suffering from ' Bone Spur '.

Bone spur in lower back is due to formation of osteophytes as a result of degenerative changes in the lumbar spine vertebrae.
That causes nerve root compression leading to pain.
Next Steps
He should start wearing Lumbosacral belt for support, start Hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, take calcium and vitamin d supplement.. It would be better to get his MRI of Lumbosacral spine for better diagnosis.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down, avoid Indian toilet, avoid forward bending, avoid stair climbing and descending..
