I gets attached to those thoughts which are totally unnecessary such as example -how a human being falls asleep,how a human being have to go to toilet,What happens if i will not be able to sleep for many days?,Why toilet comes out when we are asleep,What will happen if i insert a knife in my penis etc.And these thoughts comes into my mind for 24/7 hours due to which i remain sad and can't focus on studies or other work.I have tried my best to remove this thought but however nothing works on it.So,I request you to kindly look after my health issue and give me some advice/tips to get rid of those thoughts as soon as possible.
