Probiotic and prebiotic blend supplement
I don't have any medical condition. I am not on any medication. In blood test reports in February this year, I was revealed to have iron deficiency, vit d insufficiency, b12 low levels, I was advised by a nutritionist to take oral supplements for vit D, iron, B12, B9(the iron supplements, i have seen, come with b9 added to them, so not specially but I am having to take b9, and I informed a nutritionist about this and the quantity of B9, she said it was okay if my iron supplement has b9 too). I have been taking these supplements, and am soon going to start a b-complex. I have some digestion issues(these issues have been existing since long before, in fact years before starting iron supplementation), I have daily bowel movements but I am not able to have a feeling of complete evacuation, and feel like I only have had 70-80% evacuation. Can I take a supplement for prebiotics and probiotics(prebiotics: 115 mg(or more)/day, probiotics: 20 Billion(or more)CFUs with 16 strains/day)?

Yes you can, though that may or may not solve your issue of incomplete evacuation. Try adding more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
