Prebiotics and Probiotics
Hi, my gut health is usually messed with indigestion and irregular bowel movements. I feel low on energy throughout the day. I read it's good to add pre and probiotics in diet. I am trying that however, is there any supplement that I can add alongwith my diet for improved benefits and better energy.

What you can add along with diet: 1. Probiotic supplement (daily) Look for: • Multi-strain (e.g. Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium) • Minimum 10 billion CFU • Examples: VSL 3, Progut, Florastor, or Bifilac HP 2. Prebiotic fibre • Try inulin, FOS, or psyllium husk (start slow) • Supports the growth of good bacteria 3. Digestive Enzymes (with main meals) • Helps break down food if you feel bloated or heavy after eating • Brand examples: Pan 40, Digene Enzyme Syrup, Zenzyme 4. B-complex & Vitamin D • Helps with energy levels and gut-brain axis support • Many with gut issues are low in B12 and Vitamin D Diet Tips: Include fermented foods: curd, buttermilk Avoid high-sugar, ultra-processed foods Eat fibre-rich fruits and vegetables Stay hydrated
