Probably it is chicken bumps(kp)
Chicken like rough skin and small small daane on back side of upper arm , thighs , back and on some part of cheeks and on butts.sometimes appear more in quantity sometimes less. Sometimes redness is more than the normal. They have been on my skin from last 8 to 10 years. In the start i follow homeopathic treatment but it didn't solve it ...not even 1 %. So i discontinued the treatment. Now i want to know the required medicines /lotion , soap for bathing and what should i take or avoid in food ?

This could be one of the rare diseases. A dermatologist needs to examine it, do a biopsy and confirm diagnosis. Only then treatment can be started.
