Probable sciatica pain
I have pain on the sides of lower abdomen , specially while climbing stairs . This also goes down to knees. Sometimes it is severe. It may be sciatica. Doc gave me Gabapin for 3 weeks .But pain is persistent. I was also told to do lumber exercise, which I'm not able to do regularly. How to cure myself? I'm told a chiropractor may be a solution.
