Hello Doctor, I wanted to ask about something I noticed with my foreskin. For the past few days, my foreskin seems to have retracted and become somewhat stuck behind the glans, against the shaft.
Today, when I gently retracted it further to examine the area, I noticed that the tip/outermost part of the foreskin appears to be connected or merged with the shaft by a small piece of pink-colored tissue.
Could you please check this and let me know whether this could be a serious problem or if it can be a normal anatomical variation?
Also, the portion of my glans that is currently exposed remains exposed all the time, both when my penis is flaccid and when it is erect.
Please let me know if I should avoid retracting the foreskin further until it is examined. Thank you, Doctor.

The small pink band of tissue you are pointing to may be a normal part of the penis called the frenulum, but this cannot be confirmed from a photograph alone. More importantly, you mentioned that the foreskin has become stuck behind the glans and cannot cover it again. Please do not keep pulling or retracting the foreskin further. If you are unable to gently bring the foreskin forward over the glans, or if there is increasing swelling, pain, dark/blue discoloration of the glans, or difficulty passing urine, please go to an emergency department/urologist today, as a trapped foreskin can affect blood flow. If the foreskin moves normally and there is no swelling or pain, arrange a urology consultation soon for examination. Avoid forceful manipulation and keep the area clean and dry until you are examined.Feel free to consider consulting me.thank you

This sounds paraphimosis where the foreskin is trapped behind the head of the penis. This is a medical emergency because it can cut off blood flow and cause severe damage. Go to a hospital emergency room right now.
