Private part infection.
Until recently, I have small dot like sores "4" on the glans edge which are sensitive to touch. I was cleaning the wounds with normal tap water and "soframycin". After 3 days, I woke up one fine morning to see the scrotum skin just underneath the penis has become swollen and it hurt. I applied the ointment and taken "combiflame" to lower the pain. The next day, still the same. I could see a few sores appearing and it burned, itched and was painful. Out of desparation, i applied "soframycin" and taken combiflame. After bath, I cleansed with dettol and could see the sores enlarged. I used "clean and dry" medicine (which my wife uses for fungal infections). Later that day i was so much in pain due to the scrotum movements that i could barely walk. This is the fourth day, i have applied clean and dry with a little bit of cotton so that it doesn't rub against other skin parts. Any indication as what it may be? The skin where the infection is, is extremely redish like an open wound w/o blood
