Hi Doctors, I have been trying to concieve from last 5 months, but didn't get any results. I did thyroid profile and prolactin(17.74)and AMH(1.42). My USG is normal, both ovaries measuring 6. And thyroid profile, was normal. My Hemoglobin is 13.8 . But usually periods last 2 days, and scanty. I was taking DHEA 75mg+folic acid + vitamind3, for December full month. In the last month doctor gave Letrozole 5 mg from day 3 -7 and did follicular scan day 12 and day 14. On day12 follicle was 23*14, so doctor suggested hcg5000 and on day 14 , the follicle had ruptured, at that time it was 19*11,. From day 21 , doctor gave dydrogestrone 10 mg twice for 10 days. My period date was 1st february 2025, I got spotting from 1st feb and got periods from 5th. Why didn't it work and what needs to be done next?
