Pricking sensation and blood in anus
I am experiencing pricking sensation in anus while passing stool and washing. It started few days back when i had constipation & i forcefully applied extreme pressure while passing the stool. Along with pricking sensation i see blood in stool everytime i pass stool. By everytime, i mean everytime, i literally bleed while passing stool. And till yesterday there was blood coming along with stool, But today after stool i got a big blood clot of approx 2 cm radius. Please suggest what it is ???
