Preterm labour and cerclage
I lost 2 pregnancies with cervical incompetence.. 1st without cerclage, twins with preventive mcdonald cerclage at 14w and modified bed rest. i took progesterone 300mg sr tablet only. I got labour pain in 20w.. (Feb14th 2020)  Failed cerclage this time and delivered 2 girl babies.. please suggest the treatment for my future pregnancy.. what can I do to prevent preterm  labor in future.. I'm planning for next pregnancy.. how many months shall I wait?

Thorough evaluation and planning for the future pregnancy will help.if everything ok and level 1 USF with biochemical markers are good then go for prophylactic mc Donald which works better than emergency stitch.good luck.trust your obstetrician and be on supervision.

Kindly do ur TORCH Titre and Lupus anti coagulant test along with thyroid, syphyllis, and fasting blood sugar levels Gap of 6 mths Next time prophylacticciclage at 14 weeks Cause of second trim abortion is generally cytomegalovirus infn n needs to be treated before next pregnancy

You have to wait for 3 months and then go for ultrasound to see cervical length
