Cervical length after cerclage
I have undergone cervical cerclage procedure at 12 weeks as my os was opened and cervix length was 2.7cm. I had previous miscarriage due to cervical incompetence, currently i am at 23 weeks during my recent scan I found cervix length is 2.4cm. Do it increases any risk of preterm labour or any thing to concern about ?

Short cervix might increase the chances of preterm labour. But since you have already undergone cervical encirclage, that should give some protection. You must have been advised adequate rest and some tablets that will decrease your uterine irritability. So you should be careful about your physical activities, and be vigilant regarding any any relevant symptoms, but not worried.
