I am 20 weeks pregnant. As per the anomaly scan my cervical length is 29mm with os closed and no funneling. Is there any need to have cervical cerclage. I have a history of laproscopic ovarian cystectomy. Please advise

With proper bed rest and follow up scan you need to monitor the cervical length. Cervical cerclage is usually recommended when it is less than 25mm but 25-29mm should be under evaluation and complete bed rest.
