Preterm delivery concern
My AFI index is 26.9 cm & short cervix length 12.0mm in my 32 week.Please guide me and advise is it major of concern for preterm delivery.My bile level are raised to 22.And my fasting sugar is 91 and after 2 hr sugar is 169 as per latest blood sugar report.My blood sugar is deranged and Lft level are also not in range.

You need bedrest to prevent preterm delivery. I would advise admission strict bedrest with sugar control and treatment of any vagunal infections.

Yes short cervix is a risk for preterm delivery.You should have opted for encirclage.
Amr bile acid is also high and sugars are also not controlled.
You need to consider induction at 37-38weeks
