Pressing right breast cause pain
I am unmarried. For the last 9-10 days I have felt pain when I press or lay down on my right breast and the size of my breast has also slightly increased. The pain is happening at a particular part of the breast only that is under the nipple. There is no hardness, No nipple discharge, no change in skin texture, no armpit pain, no redness. The pain is not sharp. My left breast is fine. What could be the possible reason? Should I visit a gyno now or should wait till my period? My period date is the 23rd.

You should feel your breast with the palm of your hand, preferably both the breasts felt simultaneously with one hand each. You should stand in front of a mirror with the chest exposed to see if there is any dissimilarity.  You can also see if there is any nipple discharge. Then you should consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon for a referral for Sono-mammography. After that the treatment can be planned.
