Vit d deficiency is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies. U can take uprise d3 60000 iu capsule once a week for 12 weeks and there should be everyday early morning sunlight exposure for minimum 30 mins. And repeat vitd3 and b12 status once in 6 months

Normal vitamin D level is 20-50 ng/ ml. If it is bellow 12, then it is considered deficiency. In case of deficiency take D- Raise 60 k weekly once for 6 weeks. Exposure to Sunlight for 30 minutes daily to early morning Sun will help.
