My doctor suggested me surema tablets for 3months.we are trying to conceive..may I know the use of these tablets? Do they help in conception? Can I take it if I am pregnant?

Surema tablets are not a medicine in the conventional sense. They are nutritional supplements. The manufacturers claim that it can do wonders but I don't have any direct experience.
