Hi i am 29yrs old. Have bilateral polycystic ovaries. trying to conceive since 6 months. Taking follic acid daily Pls suggest other prenatal multivitamins and omega3

Omega 3 1000 mg per day increases vascularity or blood supply of endometrium ( inner wall of Uterus) Enhances implantation of embryo Folic acid 5 mg once daily 6 months prior to planning pregnancy prevents Neural tube defects in yet to be born babies Recommended by WHO

Eat fruits regularly for natural vitamins. No need to go for chemical based vitamins. Take folic acid regularly.
