Premenstrual syndrome
I suffer alot before my periods. It start before 2 or 2.5 weeks before my periods starts. I experience- 1- migraine 2- bloating and my body swell up by this 3- body ache 4- unable to sleep at night It affects my daily lifestyle. Q1- Is it normal or should i take this seriously? Q2- How to control all this symptoms and maintain my daily lifestyle?
