I have been suffering from premature ejaculation since quite some time now. I get a hard erection but when I try and penetrate my wife I ejaculate prematurely. Me and my wife engage in oral sex where I stimulate her clitoris using my tongue. Through which she gets an orgasm what happens is while in this act I sometimes get excited and ejaculate. My wife is very understanding and caring but this I am getting frustrated as I am unable to enjoy penetrative sex. Please help me to get the issue resolved
