Hello there.
I can understand your concern but there are no specific guidelines on the size of the penis to make a lady pregnant.
All that is required is that if you are able to ejaculate inside the vagina, that size is adequate.
Size doesn't matter as such.
Have a high protein diet and do some pelvic floor strengthening exercises for improvement in erectile problem.
Consult a general physician in person for further help.
