It seems to be ED with PE. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Namastey What you are describing is consistent with Premature ejaculation, especially since ejaculation often occurs before or immediately after penetration and has been present since the beginning of married life. This type of long-standing pattern is commonly related to a combination of heightened sensitivity, overactive arousal response, anxiety related to performance, and conditioned ejaculation habits. It is important to know that this is a very common and treatable condition, even when it has been present for many years. The fact that previous treatments did not help does not mean recovery is impossible—many men require a more structured and consistent approach rather than temporary or isolated treatment attempts.
Next Steps
The treatment focus should be on improving ejaculatory control, confidence, and relaxation during intimacy. Behavioral methods such as the start–stop technique and pause-and-control exercises can gradually train the body to delay ejaculation. Avoid rushing intercourse and increase foreplay so that intimacy is not centered only around penetration time. Mental pressure and fear of “failing” often worsen the cycle, so emotional relaxation and partner communication are equally important. Since your issue is long-standing, a personalized and stepwise management plan is advisable rather than trying random short-term methods. For professional and confidential guidance tailored to your condition, you are encouraged to connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5, where we provide comprehensive support aimed at long-term improvement.
Health Tips
Maintain good sleep, regular exercise, and stress management, as overall nervous system balance strongly affects sexual control. Avoid excessive pornography or overstimulation, as this can condition rapid arousal patterns. Practice deep breathing and relaxation during intimacy instead of focusing constantly on performance time. Most importantly, be patient with yourself—improvement in premature ejaculation usually happens gradually with consistent training and the right guidance. Thank you
