Premature ejaculation
Hi doc
I am recently married 27 year old man.. I have a premature ejaculation problem since younge age now it has become worse.. I also have too much precum problem.. My penis area becomes all wet due to this and I ejaculate very fast.. Mostly I do not intercourse and penetrate and ejaculate.. If I use delay spray and tablets even than I won't hold for more than 2-3 min in continue Penetration.
It is becoming very hard for me. I do not smoke drink and drug..

Premature ejaculation is fully treatable. Premature ejaculation is generally defined if time is less than 1-2 minute. It can be relative premature ejaculation
if man timing is 5-7 minutes, but women partner takes more time. Hence the concern.
Due to lack of proper guidance and ignorance, this issue does not get resolved easily.
