Premature Ejaculation
Hello Doctor, I’m 30 and unmarried. I used to think my ejaculation timing was normal, but recently one year bedore I found out I have severe premature ejaculation within 30 seconds of penetration. This truth hit me hard. I now fear marriage, worrying I can’t satisfy my partner. I’m also dealing with high BP (on medication), which started after COVID. Whether I was born like this or my early fast masturbation habits caused it is not my concern now. I read this can be treated, which gives hope but I have a genuine question: with proper treatment, what’s the minimum and maximum time I can expect to last? I’m also confused about oral pills many say I must have sex within a specific time after taking them. What happens if that timing is missed? Kindly guide me clearly which doctor I need to consult, I am from a small town and mostly kidney doctors are treating the sexual problems here so I am in a confusion I feel very low and shy to ask all this, but I need clarity.
