Hello, Do be frank this is not the appropriate solution you have been looking for your premature ejaculation issue. One of the ways of treating premature ejaculation is by controlled masturbation. Excessive masturbation may leads to the damage of nerves supplying penis..which in future leads to erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Do not use porn - generally it is pretty unrealistic and is not useful as a first sexual experience. Sex with your marriage partner will probably be quite different, and unless she is open to using porn as part of your sex play - there will be no porn to encourage you to ejaculate. Try to fantasize in your head or focus on the feeling in your body and leave your mind out of it completely. However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same.
