Everytime my periods are coming one week before since 4 months. Is this normal? What precautions I have to take for periods on exact date

If periods are coming one week before everytime and no other problem like increase bleeding during periods then don't take tension.
If possible you can go for CBC, Thyroid profile and pelvic USG.
