PCOD-periods delayed for 3-4 months
Hello, is this normal in PCOD for periods to get delayed for 3-4 months. First it was delayed for 2 months and then 5 days of period, again it's been 3 months and no periods. Last period date was 15th April 2022. What is causing this and how should I take care of myself for regular periods.please help

Delayed periods is a feature of PCOD.  It is because Ovulation is not regular in PCOD. Ovulation is essential for cyclical changes in the hormone miliey of the patient. So the only way to regularise the periods is to induce Ovulation (which is an expensive treatment)

No it's not A delay of more than 7 days is not normal needs to be investigated n treated The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n reduce weight
