So me and my boyfriend didn't had sex but I gave a hand job to him he didn't really gave that much of sperms my hand wasn't even that much wet and after that I again touched his main part there were sperms i even touched it and then he begin to finger me his hand weren't wet or like he has touched his sperms but I had. we were doing my fingering for the first time so I explained how to do it I didn't realise that I had his sperms in my hand and that time when I explained him my hands weren't even wet and it was my 7 day of my period so is there any chance of getting pregnant

You have written an elaborate story. Instead of that you should do a urine pregnancy test when you are overdue by about 4-5 days. If it is positive then you are pregnant.
After that the management remains the same irrespective of how you got pregnant.
