Pregnant and gastric pain
Hi I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I am having gastric pain.. consulted my gynecologist n she asked me to take acilog 300. Is it safe for me to take the tab. Can u suggest something else. Also I'm having constipation problem..Iam maintaining my diet.and drinking lots of water. Please suggest

Constipation gastritis nausea vomiting is very common in early and even and late pregnancy it is treatable so kindly contact directly for a better prescription if you want
