Pregnant (6 months) swollen ear & hands

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I am pregnant (6 months) now and past 2 months, i am suffering from severe headache. Near my ears i see it is swollen on both sides and the same is in my hand joints also. ENT has diagnosed and ruled out all possibilities of problems. Gynecologist nothing from pregnancy. I am suffering from severe headache becuase of this.. Appreciate your help.
