Hello, You are likely to have delayed periods due to factors like stress, illness, thyroid or malnutrition. Fow now, do a urine pregnancy test today. If the result is still negative then consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management. She will prescribe you withdrawal medications that will promote menstruation. If this is the first time, there is nothing to worry about. Stay relaxed.
Next Steps
Do a urine pregnancy test.
