Pregnancy ultrasound
Can an abdominal pelvic ultrasound detect pregnancy in 14 to 16 weeks after the missed period . I am an unmarried girl and my last intercourse in March . And I have done three HCG and all were 0.2 miu . And also done a pelvic ultrasound in June . And there is no finding of pregnancy . So can I be sure that I am not pregnant I am really worried because I can't tell anyone and I don't know what to do . If u can give me any suggestions that will help me so please do . I have fear and by reading comments and videos of cryptic pregnancy I lost my trust in my reports . I am always thinking of what if this is a rare case or what if pregnancy is there and don't detect how to get rid of this.

You have normal BetaHCG value ,normal ultrasound scan so no chance of pregnancy. Take medicine to get your period. Consult for prescription please..
