Hi, Now I am 7 weeks pregnant last week when I visited the doctor after pregnancy confirmation thyroid level was 4.84 so she told to use 25mcg before pregnancy I use to use 12.5mcg. But now from past 3 days I am getting back neck pain and more middle back shoulder pain tht to night time before sleeping it was high but after sleeping it is fyn only so Is it normal in pregnancy Or thyroid dosage should be more or Is it because of thyroid only or is thre a chance for other reasons like pregnancy normal having few symptoms like this Wht should i do know is it common but I am bit worried is it effects pregnancy or what Kindly please let me know wht to do I have pcod from maturity onwards Advance thanks 🙏.

Your symptoms are not due to Thyroid issues. You need to increased the dose of Thyroid supplements as adviced and u have to maintain TSH <2.5 throughout pregnancy.  Repeat TSH every 4 to 6 weeks. Thyroid supplements are extremely safe and necessary in pregnancy
