Pregnancy through humping/outercourse
Me and my boyfriend had outercourse or humping - i was wearing thin cotton panties that were very wet and sticky from my arousal fluids. He was naked. He did not ejaculate on me either. No ejaculation happened. We mimicked penetration through my panties though and he was mostly dry when we did that. But there was a prior ejaculation 20 minutes ago but he did urinate after that properly and this was in my fertile window so im concerned. Also because i experienced bleeding 4 days earlier my period was due with mild cramps that lasted a day - but i was in extreme stress about this with no sleep for two weeks so was it implantation or stress bleeding idk .. am i pregnant?

Based on what you described, pregnancy is extremely unlikely. There was no penetration, no ejaculation, and you were wearing underwear. Sperm cannot pass through clothing, and prior ejaculation followed by urination further reduces any risk. Bleeding 4 days before your expected period with cramps is more consistent with stress-related hormonal bleeding, not implantation bleeding.
Next Steps
Wait for your period; stress and lack of sleep can delay cycles If your period is delayed by >7 days, you may do a urine pregnancy test only for reassurance
Health Tips
This situation does not require emergency contraception Try to manage stress and get adequate rest If anxiety around pregnancy is frequent, consider discussing reliable contraception and cycle education with a doctor
