Pregnancy test
Hi,
My LMP was on 03.06.2020. I underwent follicular study last cycle and i ovulated on CD 12. I took duphaston from CD18-25. Today is 18DPO. I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy nor menstruation( usually i get severe cramps) so far. Can i take pregnancy test tomo or is it too early? I don't want to get upset on seeing test results. If it is too early when should I do hpt?

Get pregnancy test done with morning sample urine on 4 th July
Next Steps
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Continue Fol 123 and Duphaston
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Sleep for 2 hours at afternoon and for 6-8 hours at bedtime
