Pregnancy symtoms
I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and there are no symptoms any reasons? I am bit confused about this as i am all fine

The reason is that in the human female there are no symptoms of early pregnancy except amenorrhea.
And I am sure you also have amenorrhea.
