By bleeding we can't diagnosed pregnancy.
If she missed her regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample and inform me result so that I can advise u in better way.
For confirmation of pregnancy serum Bhcg level is good test follow by ultrasound of plevis.

Implantation bleed is a little less as compared to the periods
the only way to differentiate between the two is by a blood test bhcg
This test can be done on day 31 counting from day one of the periods if you have a 30 days cycle
or day 37 if you have a irregular periods
