Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 5th week pregnant.. When I took the scan results came like egg had implanted but baby is not seen yet.. I really worried... Doctor told that ter is no guarantee until baby is seen.. Is the risk of baby developing is low? And she has asked me to take progrestone tablet, folic acid tablet and duvalian tablet.. And injection twice a week... Is ter improvement after takin these? I am really worried I needy baby to be healthy and safe

These tabs are taken for supporting the pregnancy. However if the fetal pole has not yet appeared then they wont help in mkng it appear. But many a times fetal pole appears late. Repeat an ultrasound after 10days to confirm.
