Placenta position you can’t change by anything.just avoid cough, constipation and sexual inter course.follow up scan will tell us about the placenta.supplements depends on your pregnancy duration
Vitamin D is not routinely needed. In most cases, the low lying placenta moves upwards as the uterus grows in advanced pregnancy. Avoid intercourse and vaginal tablets. If there is any bleeding, immediately contact doctor.

Avoid heavy weight lift, avoid intercourse, avoid internal examination by doctor and no worry as placenta usually migrates up as pregnancy advances.
Avoid lifting weights and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Lying down in afternoon siesta for 2 hrs will help
If any bleeding take ultrasound scan immediately
