I did pregnancy scan and the results was that the placenta maturity grade was xx, what does this mean

It refers to maturity of placenta , placenta is the organ which supplies nutrition to the baby in womb. It's maturity described in grades  1-4 , as the maturity increases it may not work as well. As long as other parameters  like fetal weight , liquor volume and  dopplers are normal nothing to worry about. If placenta is of greater maturity the doctor will monitor your baby with regular scans.
Next Steps
Your placenta is grade 2 which is normal .
