I had sexual intercourse in February since then I am not sexually active and since then I got five normal periods lasting for normal days and on normal time and according to the day I have sex I should be 20 weeks till now but I don't have any weight gain but from past two days I am having vomiting and pain in my abdomen is it pregnancy related aur something else ?? Bcz I have heard of cryptic pregnancy but my belly is totally flat

Hi there, You are not pregnant at all. Don't worry. This must be simple gastric upset. If you want to be sure you can do an ultrasound or beta HCG test.
