Hi.. I have a query that my periods this month was Jan 13th and not got it yet. Could I be pregnant and when do I do a home pregnancy test and a lab test as well? Thanks

You should check preg test and ultrasound both on 10th day, ultrasound report to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
