My take is that in the heat of the moment all the niceties are forgotten and the couple don't know what is happening. So this description becomes superfluous.
Please wait for the date of the next period. If you get your periods on time then you are not pregnant. If you don't get your periods on time then you have to do all the tests to find out why you didn't get your periods on time.

Chances are less though
Ipill is known to hv a high failure ratemay not always work
Also the irregular bleeding after ipill is jus a side effect does not ensure absence of pregnancy
