Pregnancy n fibroid
M 5 months pregnant. My 4 month sonography shows there is fibroid (26×33mm) in anterior wall of uterus mildly indenting gesational activity. And placenta is anterior relatively low lying reaching upto 25mm proximal to internal OS and grade 0

It's a small fibroid.It may grow with pregnancy and may prevent placental migration, but we just need to  watch as nothing can be done about it.it should not affect the pregnancy much,as you've already crossed 5 months..so don't worry.
