In first three months of pregnancy  these types of drugs should not be taken as they can cause any congenital defects in pregnancy  ,so you should  first investigate the cause of pain. As there can be ectopic pregnancy which is most dangerous condition in women's life, and go for scan first then send me report on Practo consult app for guidance.
