Am 6 weeks pregnant doctor advised me to take dydroboon, doxylamine and aspirin ecosprin but I didnt  take aspirin ecosprin I thought it's vomit tablet whenever I feel nausea then I should take is this create problem only two days I didn't take this tablet what is use of this tablet explain me

Ecosprin is for the wellbeing of placental flow to the baby. It is also recommended for those who have had few abortions earlier. But six weeks is too early to start this medicine.
