I am pregnant for about 5 weeks and in my ultrasound report there is no fetal pole .. Is it safe to tal mifegest tablet for abortion ?

Wait for 2 weeks and again get done ultrasonography for fetal pole and yolk sac then decide what to do because due to irregular menstruation fetus is less than 5 weeks showing same situation.
